Shipping protection is on by default - toggle it off any time before checkout.
You'll see a toggle next to "Shipping Protection" in your cart drawer when you add a product. It's on by default - turn it off there if you don't want it for a particular order. The fee adjusts to match what's in your cart: subscription orders get a recurring protection plan; one-time orders get a one-off protection charge. You can cancel the recurring protection at any time from your account page - separately from the subscription itself, if you'd like to keep the products but drop the protection. Once cancelled, future shipments aren't covered.
What is Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection is peace of mind for your delivery. If your order is lost in transit, damaged on arrival, or stolen before you receive it, we'll replace it or refund the cost of the affected items - no carrier disputes, no waiting on investigations.
Just reach out to us within 14 days of the carrier's delivery date with your order number and a brief description (and if we ask, a photo, for damage claims).
Like any insurance, the protection fee itself is non-refundable - it's the premium for the coverage, and it's what lets us refund affected orders quickly when things go wrong.
