Delivery Time (4–8 business days) After processing, your order ships from our distribution center to your door. Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days, with tracking included so you can follow it the whole way.

Please note: delivery estimates don't account for occasional customs or carrier delays. During peak periods (such as major holidays or sales events), delivery times may run slightly longer.

Shipping Cost

Order Tracking You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Shipping Protection (optional) At checkout, you can choose to add Shipping Protection to your order.

  • Coverage: Protects your parcel against loss, theft, or damage during transit, up to the value of your order at the time of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable: Once purchased, Shipping Protection is non-refundable, regardless of whether a claim is made or the delivery outcome.
  • Claim Process: To file a claim, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving a damaged item, or within 14 days if your item is lost in transit. Please have any relevant documentation ready, including proof of value and photos where available.
  • Exclusions: Shipping Protection does not cover delivery delays, indirect losses, or damage not incurred during transit.
  • Acceptance: By purchasing Shipping Protection, you acknowledge and accept these terms, including its non-refundable nature.
